We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer full credit returns within 7 days of package delivery. Contact us first prior to sending the package as we have different return adresses depending on your country. DO NOT return it to the adress on package.
Please email us the tracking number of the returned item, and we will then issue the refund. Please note customer is responsible for cost of shipping on returned items.
If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping on the returned item.
- Merchandise must be post marked within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Any products that are on sale cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings.
